GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT is produced from the redistillation of cane spirits and expertly blended to create a product which is widely used to make appetisers and cocktails.

Introducing a new category altogether, GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT is a clear spirit distilled from fermented molasses (a by – product of sugar processing) and the smoothest offering on the market.

Not to be confused with rum, cane spirit is as unique to South Africa as tequila is to Mexico. It was created in the cane fields of KwaZulu – Natal and originally known as 'gavine' or 'mystery liquor'.

Traditionally the process of producing GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT has remained the same – sugar cane is ground up in the manufacturing process and the residue left after crystallisation and separation of the major portion of the sugar, called molasses. This is a high viscosity, dark brown or black liquid like maple syrup.

The next step is to inoculate the molasses with a yeast culture. The fermented molasses are distilled in column stills, then charcoal filtered to produce a premium quality, extremely pure and crystal clear GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT, which has an incomparable smoothness.

Cane Recipes

ALVORADA

•	2/8 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1/8 passion fruit juice
•	2/8 orange juice
•	1/8 lemon juice
•	2/8 condenced milk

Blend and serve on ice.

AMERICAN FLYER

•	1 ½ tots of GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
•	½ Teaspoon Sugar Syrup
•	Champagne (or sparkling wine)

Shake the GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT, the juice and the syrup with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine.

APPLE SWIZZLE

•	3 dashes Angostura Bitters
•	2 tots Apple Brandy
•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 tot Lime Juice (Fresh)
•	1 Teaspoon Sugar Syrup

Mix with cracked ice and serve in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

ATTITUDE ADJUSTER

•	2 tots Peach Schnapps
•	1 tot of GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 tot RUSSIAN EMPEROR PREMIUM VODKA
•	Orange Juice

Mix together and serve in a highball glass.

BALALAIKA

•	3/5 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	2/5 grape juice
•	2 spoons of sugar
•	1 spoon of instant coffee
•	1 spoon of egg whites

Blend and serve on ice

BEACHCOMBER'S GOLD

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	½ tot Dry Vermouth
•	½tot Sweet Vermouth

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

BLACK DOG

•	3 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	½ tot Dry Vermouth

Stir well over cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pitted black olive.

BLOOD ORANGE CAIPIRTINI

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	Juice from 1 blood orange
•	1 tot lime juice or sour mix
•	1 Tablespoon superfine sugar

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a blood orange slice.

BOOM BOOM PUNCH

•	8 cups GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	4 cups Orange Juice
•	1 bottle Champagne
•	1 bottle

Pour the GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT, the orange juice and the vermouth in a large punch bowl over a block of ice. Stir well, then add the champagne. Garnish with sliced bananas and serve in punch cups. This punch should make approximately 36 servings.

CANE SPIRIT CAIPIRINHA

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 lime, sliced
•	1 ½ - 2 Tablespoons superfine sugar

Place most of the sliced lime in a 10 tot rocks glass and add sugar. Muddle lime and sugar together in the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT and stir. Garnish with remaining lime slices and enjoy!

COLD CHILLEN

•	4 tots Pineapple Juice
•	3 tots Sweet and Sour Mix
•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 ½ tots RUSSIAN EMPEROR PREMIUM VODKA
•	1 splash Triple Sec

Shake the ingredients with ice (keep 2 tots of pineapple juice aside) and strain into a highball glass. Top with the pineapple juice left.

COPACABANA RECIPE

•	1 ¾ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	¾ tot Chocolate Syrup
•	¾ tot Pineapple Juice
•	1 ½ tots Papaya Juice
•	¾tot Cream

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, and serve.

CORDIAL COOLER

•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	3 rock melon chunks
•	3 pineapple chunks
•	1 Tablespoon sugar
•	orange squash

Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).

EGG CRUSHER

•	1 tot Coffee Liqueur
•	1 cup Eggnog
•	1 tot GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT

Shake with ice and strain into a large snifter. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

GLOBAL MOJITO

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	½ of a lime, sliced
•	1 ½ - 2 Tablespoons superfine sugar

Place lime slices, mint sprigs, and sugar in a highball glass and muddle together in the bottom of the glass. Add crushed ice and GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda and stir.

GO-GO GIRL

•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 ½ tots mango nectar
•	3 ½ tots pineapple juice

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT and mango nectar. Top off glass with pineapple juice. Stir. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.

GORILLA SMILE

•	½ banana
•	3 tots strawberries
•	2 tots fruit punch
•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 tot banana liqueur
•	1 ½ tots peach schnapps

Combine all in a blender with 8 - 12 tot of ice, blend. Garnish with a banana slice speared through an umbrella.

INDIAN OCEAN BREEZE

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	2 tots cranberry juice
•	2 tots orange juice

Mix GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT, cranberry juice, and orange juice and serve over ice in a 10 tot rocks glass.

LIPSTICK COCKTAIL

•	2/3 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	2/3 tot crème de bananas
•	11/3 tots cream
•	11/3 tots grenadine syrup

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a small frosted hurricane glass filled with cracked ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

MACADA’S MILK

Combine 1/3 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT, 1/3 coconut milk, 1/3 condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and cinnamon. Blend and serve on ice.

MUSTANG RANCH

•	½ banana
•	3 tots strawberries
•	2 tots fruit punch
•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1 tot banana liquer
•	1 ½tots peach schnapps

Combine all in a blender with 250ml of ice, blend. Garnish with a banana slice speared through an umbrella.

NICE MELONS

•	2 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (Or lemon juice)
•	1 ½ cups Watermelon
•	1 Peach (Halved, preferably canned

Blend with a cup of ice and serve in a cocktail glass with a straw.

ROOSTER'S TAIL

Combine 2/3 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT and 1/3 red Cinzano. Ice is optional.

ROYAL BEE

•	2/3 tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1/3 Campari
•	3 cherries
•	1 spoon of honey

Blend, drain and serve on ice.

NIGHTBOAT TO RECIFE

•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	½ tot Triple Sec
•	½ tot Lime Juice
•	½ tot Batida de Coco

Shake with ice and pour into a tumbler with crushed ice.

SHORE BREEZE

•	3 tots Pineapple Juice
•	2 dashes Angostura Bitters
•	2 tots Cranberry Juice
•	1 ½ tots GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT

Build in a hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

SPANISH

•	2/3 GLOBAL WATERS PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	1/6 pineapple juice
•	1/6 lemon juice
•	1 spoon of sugar

Blend and serve on ice.

STRAWBERRY KISS

•	2 tots orange juice
•	¾ tot strawberry schnapps
•	¾ tot GLOBAL WATER PURE CANE SPIRIT
•	½ tot cranberry juice
•	¼ tot DRIFTWOOD VO BRANDY

Add all ingredients in the order shown above, and stir well. Add ice cubes and serve.

WHITE BAT

Build all ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Stir, add a straw, and serve.
